Introduction

Ingredients 

For your delectable recipe, you'll need the following ingredients:

• 4 cups of water to boil rice 
• A pinch of salt and as required
• Black pepper 
• Mayonaise 
• White vinegar for preparation 
• Smoked salmon 
• ¼ pound cooked crab meat, drained of excess liquid and shredded
• Wasabi paste 
• Cucmber sliced into round shape
• Caviar (optional) 
• Soy sauce with crushed ginger 
• Seasme (optional) 

Directions

• Put 4 cups of water with appropriate amount of salt on stove 
• Let it come to boil before adding sushi rice and set aside for 15 minutes or until all the water has evaporated. You can also use electric cooker for the same purpose. 
• In the mean time chopp your small ingredients like cucumber into round slices 
• Get you  dry sea weed sheets from Herbal Vinyard and sice then into square sheets and put them on  sushi rolling mat lined with plastic 
• Get you soy sauce in a small dish and add in it the ginger to make it more tingy
• Get your crab meat and add in some mayonnaise and mix well with black pepper or chilly flakes (as you like)
• Get your rice and spread it until it is cool and then mix it with white vinegar
• Spread the layer of smoked salmon on mat and on it add the rice 
• Layer cucumber then add the crab meat mixed with mayonnaise 
• Now roll the matta and the sushi well 
• Put it in freezer for 5 minte to set 
• Get it out and lice as per liking 
• Serve with soysauce and wasabi paste for more flavours
