Sea moss salads are a well-liked choice for those following vegan or vegetarian diets, as sea moss provides essential nutrients like phosphorous, amino acids, potassium, and fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6. They are a great choice for those wanting to add more plant-based foods to their diet, as they are both refreshing and healthy.
