Sea Moss Smoothie Recipes

  • A frozen banana
  • 4 cups of almond milk
  • 4 to 6 pitted dates

  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract OR ½ a vanilla bean (scraped)

How to Prepare:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and combine until the mixture forms a creamy texture! To change the consistency of the smoothie, simply adjust the amount of sea moss. You can also substitute dates for a preferred sweetener, and adjust the amount of cocoa to your liking.
