    • One-fourth cup of fresh cilantro
    • One-fourth cup of soaked sea moss
    • Two tablespoons of lemon juice

    Method:

    1. Allow the sea moss to sit in cold water for 24-48 hours until it becomes soft and flexible.
    2. Strain the sea moss and wash it completely with cold water.
    3. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, honey or agave syrup, salt, and pepper in a different bowl to create the dressing.
    4. Combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced bell peppers, sliced red onions, fresh parsley, and fresh cilantro in a big mixing bowl.
    5. Add the sea moss to the mixing bowl and mix generously.
    6. Drizzle the dressing onto the salad and mix well to ensure it is evenly coated.
    7. Cool the salad in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to serving.

    3. Mix the sea moss, red onion, red bell pepper, mango, avocado, and cilantro in a big bowl.
    4. Combine lime juice, olive oil, and sea salt in a small bowl to make the dressing.
    5. Drizzle the dressing onto the salad and mix until everything is thoroughly covered.
    6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to allow it to cool.
