Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of sea moss gel, we ONLY ship orders that contain sea moss gel Monday-Thursday in order to maintain the freshness and quality of your order. All other orders that contain only dry products, will be shipped Monday-Friday. 

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Transit time:  According to UPS, ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days.

10 AM EST is our cut-off time. All orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped next available business day, within our processing time.
